Pursuant to Section 1-3-1 of the Illinois Municipal Code, the edition of the Illinois Plumbing Code specified in and as amended by Appendix A hereto, published by the Illinois Department of Public Health and promulgated at 77 III. Admin. Code. Section 890, et seq., is hereby adopted by reference as the Village Plumbing Code. This Plumbing Code shall control all matters concerning the construction, alteration, addition, repair, removal, use, location and maintenance of all plumbing in all buildings and structures.
