No ambulance shall be operated for ambulance purposes, and no individual shall drive, attend, or permit it to be operated for such purposes on the streets, alleys, or any public way or place of the village unless the ambulance shall meet all vehicular standards promulgated by the Federal Department of Transportation, KKK-1822 and the Illinois Department of Transportation, Illinois- A-1822, as revised from time to time.
