No ambulance shall be operated for ambulance purposes, and no individual shall drive, attend, or permit it to be operated for such purpose on the streets, alleys, or any public way or place of the village unless the ambulance shall at all times contain all the equipment as shall from time to time be set forth and listed as Appendix B following this chapter by the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons Bulletin, May 1970, as revised from time to time.
