§ 97.99 PENALTY.

   A)   (1)   Any person violating § 97.01 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as follows:

         (a)   For the first offense, not less than $25 or more than $50.

         (b)   For the second offense, not less than $100 or more than $250.

         (c)   For the third or subsequent offense, not less than $300 or more than $750.

      (2)   In addition, the village may seek any other remedies available at law and equity to restrain or enjoin violations of § 97.01.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 97.10 through 97.18 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each offense.
