(A) All interments on a private lot are subject to the consent of the original owner, if living. Where there are two or more owners, the permission of one owner is sufficient.
(B) Subject to consent of the original owner, if living, the following persons only are entitled to burial:
(1) The lot owner and spouse, and direct descendants of both or either, including spouses of such descendants.
(2) Parents and grandparents of original owner or original owner's spouse.
(3) Any person for whose burial the lot is bought, or who may be specified at the time of purchase of the lot.
(C) Owners by descent, grant, or inheritance from the original owner may bury only direct descendants of the original owner or of themselves including spouses.
