§ 91.40 PLAT.
   (A)   The plat of the cemetery heretofore made, subdividing the cemetery grounds into blocks and lots designated and numbered thereon, having been approved by the Board of Trustees and recorded in the County Recorder's Office is hereby declared to be the lawful plat of the cemetery. The same shall not be changed except by vote of the Board of Trustees.

   (B)   The Village Clerk shall keep an accurate plat of the cemetery grounds, and also a record in numerical order of the blocks, squares, lots and graves therein, with separate columns, ruled therein for the entry of the amount of the established price for the grave or graves, and for income care, the name of the purchaser, the amount sold for as to the grave or graves, the amount sold for as to income care and the date of sale. When any block, square, lot, or grave shall be sold, the Clerk shall make an entry of the name of the purchaser, the amount sold for as to the lot or grave, the amount sold for as to income care and the date of sale opposite the number of the block, square, lot or grave on the record and shall also designate the block, square, lot, or grave sold by indicating the same on the plat.
