§ 91.26 DISINTERMENT.
   (A)   No disinterment will be allowed without permission from the Cemetery Department, and then only upon signature of the lot owner and the next of kin of the person whose body is to be removed.
   (B)   The removal, by the heirs, of the bodies of the deceased lot owner and his family for profit to themselves, or change in the expressed or implied wish of the original owner, is repugnant to the ordinary sense of decency and is absolutely forbidden.
   (C)   The Cemetery Department will exercise the utmost care in making a removal but assumes no liability for damage to any burial case of any nature whatsoever in making the removal.
