§ 91.25 OPENING OF GRAVES.
   (A)   Notice of opening a grave must be given to the Cemetery Department in sufficient time to allow eight hours of daylight for the work. Owners desiring graves opened or other work done may be required to exhibit the deed to the grave or give other satisfactory evidence of ownership.
   (B)   When instructions for opening a grave are indefinite or, for any reason, the grave cannot be opened in the location specified, the superintendent may order it opened at the location in the lot as may seem best, under the circumstances. The Cemetery Department will not be responsible for any mistakes occurring in orders for the opening of a grave, or, similar work, unless order is made in writing over the signature of the lot owner.
   (C)   The Cemetery Department will not be responsible for any mistakes occurring where orders are given by telephone. In the absence of contrary instructions to the Cemetery Department it is understood that undertakers are acting in the capacity of agents for the lot owner and with full authority in placing orders with the Cemetery Department for interments.
