§ 91.23 PERMIT OF DISPOSITION.
   No body shall be interred in or disinterred from the cemetery unless a permit for disposition of dead human body in the form and manner prescribed by the State Registrar of Vital Records pursuant to the Illinois “Vital Records Act” is filed with the village.
