§ 91.04 BURIAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Graves in the cemetery are conveyed by special deed for burial purposes only and subject at all times to the statutes of the State of Illinois and to the laws, ordinances, and regulations of the village and all other municipal authorities having jurisdiction over the cemetery.
