§ 91.01 BOARD OF TRUSTEES; CEMETERY DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Board of Trustees is authorized to adopt, modify, amend, repeal, and provide for the enforcement of rules for carrying out the provisions of this chapter. The President and the Board of Trustees may delegate to an officer or employee of the village any administrative duty or power imposed by this chapter.

   (B)   There is hereby established an executive department of the village to be known as the Cemetery Department and the President and Board of Trustees are hereby authorized to regulate and operate the cemetery and to appoint all necessary employees.
   (C)   The Village Clerk shall act as secretary of the Board and the secretary shall keep a faithful record of the proceedings and shall carefully file and preserve all papers, vouchers, and records pertaining to the transactions of the Board.
