§ 150.51 PERMITS.

The erosion control plan, once it is improved, will be valid for the entirety of the construction of said lot and may be revoked and/or suspended for failure to comply with the Village Building Code Ch. 150 as amended. Revocation and suspension shall be in accordance with the Village Code of Ordinances, as amended.
