As set forth in § 150.04, the village has adopted the State of Illinois Plumbing Code, 2014 edition, by reference. Pursuant to that code and pursuant to a mandate of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, the regulations appended to this chapter as the Appendix are hereby adopted and shall govern the village's cross-connection control program.
