774.06 USE OF FUNDS.

All funds and income derived under and by virtue of this article shall be segregated and used exclusively for the purpose of constructing, improving, extending, developing, maintaining, and operating all City emergency service system as provided for in Article 107, and as further provided for by the Fire Chiefs and emergency respondents operating within the City of Charles Town. (Passed 5-15-06.)
