772.06 USE OF FUNDS.

All funds and income derived under and by virtue of this Article shall be segregated and used exclusively for the purpose of constructing, improving, extending, developing, maintaining, and operating a City pubic park and recreation system as provided for in Article 138, and as further provided for by the Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners within the City of Charles Town.
