741.31 NURSING HOMES AND PERSONAL CARE HOMES.

Upon nursing homes, there is imposed a license fee equal to four dollars ($4.00) for each patient bed; upon personal care homes, there is imposed a license fee equal to two dollars ($2.00) per bed.
