741.13 DISPLAY OF CERTIFICATE.

The licenses provided for in this article shall be evidenced by license certificates. The holder of a license shall display the license certificate in a prominent place at or near the location of the licensed activity or device, and shall make the license certificate available for inspection by City police, the City Treasurer or his designated agent.
