Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, for the first such offense, be subject to a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00). A subsequent second offense in violation of the provisions of this article shall be punishable by a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) and up to 30 days in jail, and third and subsequent offenses shall be punishable by a fine up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) and up to 60 days in jail.
