353.02 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF DRIVER'S LICENSES.
   No person who drives a commercial motor vehicle shall have more than one driver license at one time except during the ten-day period beginning on the date the person is issued a driver's license. (WVaC 17E-1-4)
