311.05 SKATEBOARDS.

No person shall ride a skateboard in any public parking lot owned by the City, or shall ride a skateboard upon the sidewalk or street on any part of Washington Street or George Street within the City. Any person riding a skateboard upon the sidewalk shall yield the right of way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking a pedestrian.
