311.03 TOY VEHICLES ON STREETS.

No person shall place, or cause to be placed, any athletic equipment, on any roadway or sidewalk within the City of Charles Town. For the purpose of this section, “athletic equipment” shall include, but not be limited to, soccer goals, basketball hoops, or weightlifting equipment.
