171.01 JURISDICTION, POWERS, AND DUTIES.

The Municipal Court Judge has criminal jurisdiction over violations of the ordinances of the City and exercises all of the powers and duties set forth in the Charles Town City Charter and the West Virginia Code. (Ord. 2023-002. Passed 11-6-23.)
