(a) No person shall stop, stand, park or leave any vehicle in a designated temporary or emergency no parking zone.
(b) Temporary No Parking Zones may be established for special events, parades, or planned construction. These zones will be posted by employees of the City of Charles Town, no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the parking restriction taking effect. Signs noticing the No Parking Zone will display the dates and times that the No Parking Zone will be in effect. Any vehicle in violation of this section will be subject to impoundment at the vehicle owner's expense.
(c) Emergency No Parking Zones may be established for public safety, emergency repairs, or disaster recovery efforts without prior notice. Any vehicle in these zones may be subject to towing or impoundment as required.
