(a) The following rates and charges shall be applied to all Freedom of Information Act or other requests for services and supplies.

Clerical | Based on actual payroll records |
City Manager | Based on actual payroll records |

Audio Tapes | 10.00 each |
(b) The City Manager shall resolve disputes with regard to the implementation of specific requests seeking assistance from the City’s Attorney as deemed necessary.
