365.09 PURPOSE AND USE OF REVENUE.

Revenue and penalties received from parking meters, permits, and violations are hereby levied and assessed as fees to provide for the proper operation, enforcement, and maintenance of the parking program within the Charles Town parking district, described in Section 365.01.
