121.01 MAYOR COMPENSATION.

The governing body of the City of Charles Town shall by this article hereby fix the compensation of the Mayor at twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500) annually. So as not to be increased or diminished during a term, this salary shall be effective for any term beginning after June 1, 2021. (Ord. 2020-007. Passed 5-18-20.)
