141.08 BY-LAWS.

The Historic Landmarks Commission shall, and is hereby empowered, to create such by-laws as may be necessary for the internal management of such Commission and the meetings thereof. The Commission is specifically hereby granted the powers as set forth in West Virginia Code Charter 8-26A.
