The following violations may be enforced through the issuance of citations in accord with Article 201 of the Codified Ordinances of Charles Town: Public Nuisances as defined in Section 1101.02 subsections (b); (c); and (d) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Charles Town. In addition to the use of citations, the subject property with the violation may be posted as being in violation of the Charles Town Municipal Code.
