137.01 ESTABLISHED.

Pursuant to West Virginia Code 8-33-1 et seq., there is hereby established and created a Municipal Building Commission for the Corporation of Charles Town, to be known and designated as the Charles Town Building Commission, with all the powers and duties as provided therein.
