In addition to the penalties imposed by Section 136.13
, above, the Code Official may bring, before any court of competent jurisdiction, an action seeking injunctive relief against any person in violation of any provision of this article. In any order granting such injunctive relief, the City of Charles Town shall be entitled to recovery of its attorney fees and expenses reasonably incurred in such action. By virtue of the designation of an Agent under the provisions of this Article, the Owner or Owners and each of them will be jointly and severally accountable and liable for all actions and inactions of such Agent.
