136.12 APPLICABILITY OF OTHER LAWS.

The provisions of this article shall not be construed so as to abrogate any common law or statutory rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants. Neither the requirements of this article nor the requirements of any other ordinance of the City of Charles Town nor the requirements of State or federal law may be waived by any party to any lease.
