(a) For the purpose of this article, the registration/inspection year shall be defined as the period commencing July 1, and ending June 30. The registration fee shall be designated as the initial inspection fee for the registered unit.
(b) Annual inspections shall be scheduled by the Code Official during the year with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to the property owner or designated agent. Property owners not registered at the time of the scheduled inspection will be in violation of this article. Where deemed appropriate by the Code Official, follow-up inspections may be made at any reasonable time.
