201.01 AUTHORITY; ALTERNATIVE ENFORCEMENT OF EXTERNAL SANITATION VIOLATION AND COMMON NUISANCES.

This Article is enacted pursuant to the authority of West Virginia Code § 8-1-5(a), Home Rule Program Act and pursuant to the approved City of Charles Town Home Rule Plan approved by the West Virginia Home Rule Board on October 6, 2014.
