154.06 NON-EXCLUSIVITY OF REMEDIES; WEST VIRGINIA HUMAN RIGHTS ACT AND WEST VIRGINIA FAIR HOUSING ACT.
   Nothing herein shall be construed to preclude a person subjected to discrimination as defined herein from exercising any and all rights, or pursuing any and all remedies, provided for in Chapter 5, Article 11 of the West Virginia Code, the West Virginia Human Rights Act, or Chapter 5, Article 11A of the West Virginia Code, the West Virginia Fair Housing Act, to the extent such person is a protected class under the Act, and the use or exercise of such procedures, rights or remedies provided therein shall not otherwise preclude such person from exercising any of the procedures, rights or remedies created herein to the extent permitted by law.
