141.15 NOTICE TO COUNTY ASSESSOR.

When the Historic Landmarks Commission establishes a Historic Overlay District, it shall notify the Jefferson County Assessor of the fact of such establishment and the boundaries of the district, together with the restrictions that are applicable to the properties located in the district.
