129.01 FISCAL YEAR STATEMENTS.

(a) The fiscal year of the City shall begin on July 1, and end on June 30, of the following year.

(b) All reports, settlements, accounts and statements of the City which are now, or which hereafter may be required by law, shall be kept and made to conform to the fiscal year.
