951.12 FAILURE TO PAY COLLECTION CHARGES.

No person shall fail to pay the collection fees or charges imposed by this article. Anyone who violates this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each and every day that person violates any part of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
