351.14 OVERNIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   No person shall park a vehicle on any street within the Municipality between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. on any day, except emergency vehicles, physicians on emergency calls and as permitted in Sections 351.16 and 351.24.
