351.24 SPECIFIED PARKING TIME LIMITS; PARKING BEYOND TIME LIMIT; PENALTY; MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS.
   (a)    Certain time limits for the parking of motor vehicles where permitted between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday are as follows:
       (1)   Upon the north and south sides of Short Court Street bounded on the west by Main Street and on the east by East Park Street, the time limit for parking shall be three hours.
      (2)   Upon the north side of North Hambden Street bounded on the west by North Street and on the east by East Park Street, the time limit for parking shall be three hours.
      (3)   Upon the east and west sides of Main Street bounded on the south by Water Street and on the north by Center Street, the time limit for parking shall be two hours.
      (4)   Upon Center Street, the time limit for parking shall be three hours.

   (b)    Overnight parking of motor vehicles is permitted:
      (1)    Upon the north and south sides of Short Court Street bounded on the west by Main Street and on the east by East Park Street.
      (2)    In the six parking spaces immediately north of Short Court Street on the west side of East Park Street. (Ord. 2999. Passed 1-11-18.)
   
   (c)    The Police Department shall amend the Traffic Control Map to conform with the provisions of this section.
   (d)    The Police Department shall erect or cause to be erected only those authorized traffic control signs and devices designating the authorized vehicles as are necessary to regulate, warn or guide traffic and parking in accordance with the provisions of this section.
   (e)    No person shall cause, allow or permit a motor vehicle to occupy a parking space beyond the maximum parking time limit lawfully prescribed on posted signs.
   (f)    Any operator or owner of a vehicle violating the time limits set forth herein shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Section 303.99. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter may be charged as a separate offense for each hour that the violation continues, pursuant to Section 351.17.
