In addition to the generally applicable rules set forth in Section 945.11, the following Rules and Regulations shall govern that portion of the Maple Highlands Trail located within the City of Chardon:
(a) The Maple Highlands Trail is open from dawn to 11:00 p.m.
(b) Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
(c) Open flames, fires, and grills are prohibited.
(d) Parking is restricted to designated areas. All vehicle and traffic laws are enforced.
(e) Destruction or removal of plants or animals, geologic features, natural material, or park property is prohibited.
(f) Pets are permitted on a leash not to exceed eight (8) feet in length, and must be kept under control at all times. Pet waste must be picked up and removed.
(g) ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles and similar vehicles are prohibited.
(h) Littering is prohibited.
(i) Hunting and trapping are prohibited.
(j) Camping and fishing are prohibited.
(k) Feeding wildlife, including waterfowl is prohibited.
(l) Swimming and wading are prohibited.
