1321.03 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between the requirements of the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted in Section 1321.01 and those of any other Code adopted by the City, or any City ordinance, that requirement which establishes a higher or stricter standard shall prevail.
