Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the current edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, as may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference by and for the City of Chardon so that the maintenance of all property, buildings and structures within the City of Chardon shall comply with the requirements of such Code.
