(a) The owners of parcels identified as PPN: 10-036880, PPN: 10-046970, PPN: 10-164541, PPN: 10-165602, PPN: 10-137700 and PPN 10-097010 within the Industrial Parkway Service Area, each of which has a building thereon that generates sewage, shall install an approved connection to the Railroad Trunk Sanitary Sewer in compliance with Section 925.55(b) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Chardon, no later than March 1, 2020.
(b) The owners of vacant parcels identified as PPN: 10-097011 and PPN: 10-089920 shall install an approved connection to the Railroad Trunk Sanitary Sewer when they file an application for a zoning permit, prior to the start of any construction.
