The Municipal Approving Authority for the subject project may require that the developer post a performance guarantee for any, or all, improvements required by this regulation (including but not limited to, storm water management practices and the restoration of land areas subject to earth moving activity (see Section 1153.56 Completion of Work)) and/or as a condition of approval for any variance which may be granted from the requirements of this regulation. Said guarantee, and the terms and conditions thereof, shall be in accordance with the provision for Performance Guarantees set forth in Chapter 1151.
