1153.38 WATERWAYS.

Drainage courses, ponds, lakes and other waterways shall conform to the requirements set forth in this regulation and the requirements of Section 1150.37 (Lot Design) and 1150.38 (Waterways) of the Planning and Zoning Code as well as all other applicable regulations.
