Proposed earth moving activities and storm water management practices shall be planned, designed and executed as required by this regulation and as required by the Land Development Regulations, Geauga Soil Sediment Pollution Control Regulations, Ohio Department of Transportation Location and Design Manual Vol. Two (Drainage Design) (Chapters 1101 and 1103 through 1110), the Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 901 (Street Regulation)(where applicable), Chapter 929 (Storm Sewer Regulation) and such other adopted regulations and master plans of the Municipality as may be applicable. The referenced design standards shall include such future amendments thereto as may hereafter be adopted by the promulgating agency.
