1139.07 BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Setback Requirements. Every P permitted use of land and all buildings and structures on a lot shall be located to comply with the required front, side, and rear setbacks in Schedule 1139.07 for the zoning district in which the lot is located. Side and rear setbacks are measured from the lot line, except as otherwise designated in Chapter 1145 (Conditional Use and P* Use Regulations), for conditional and P* use. The area within the setbacks shall remain unobstructed by structures except as otherwise permitted in the Code.
   (b)   Front Setback. Each lot shall maintain the minimum front setback measured from the street right-of-way. A corner lot shall comply with the front setback for each side facing and adjacent to a street right-of-way. The front setback of building on a non-dedicated street shall be measured from the centerline of the non-dedicated street.

   (d)   Supplemental Front Setback Requirements in the C-2 District. New construction shall be located to comply with the minimum and maximum front setback requirements in Schedule 1139.07. The maximum front setback shall be increased to 15 feet when a public use plaza or outdoor dining is located between the building and the street right-of-way. No other uses are permitted within the front setback.
   (e)   Front Setback on Through Lots. On a through lot, the minimum required front setback in Schedule 1139.07 shall apply to each street frontage
