1131.05 LOT STANDARDS.
   (a)   A building or structure shall be located on a lot so that no portion thereof encroaches upon or is within the minimum front, side or rear setbacks required in Schedule 1135.05, except as otherwise provided in Chapter 1145 (Conditional Use and P* Use Regulations).
   (b)   Front Setback on a Through Lot. On a through lot, the minimum front setback of Schedule 1131.05 (4)A. shall apply to each street frontage.
   
   (c)   Side Setbacks. An interior lot and a through lot shall have two side yards. See Schedule 1131.05 for the minimum width of each side setback..
   (d)   Parking Setback. The setback of off-street parking areas shall not be less than the distances set forth in Schedule 1131.05.
   (e)   Maximum Coverage. The maximum coverage area of all buildings on a lot, shall not exceed the percentages set forth in Schedule 1131.05.
   (f)    Maximum Structure Height. A building or structure shall not exceed the maximum height requirements set forth below in Schedule 1131.05(7), (8).
   (g)   Side Setbacks for Corner Lots. The following setback requirements apply to a corner lot. See Figure 1 below.
      (1)   Street Side Setback. A new building or building addition on a corner lot shall comply with the following street side setback requirements:
         A.   The street side setback of abutting corner lots with coinciding rear lot lines shall be the greater of:
            i.   The corner side setback of existing buildings or structures on the abutting corner lot; or
            ii.   The minimum side setback set forth in Schedule 1131.05.
         B.   The interior side setback of an interior lot shall comply with the requirements for side setback of Schedule 1131.05.
   (h)    Interior Side Setback. The minimum side setback of an the interior side lot line shall comply with the Schedule in 1131.05. 
   (i)   Schedule 1131.05 Special District Lot Standards.

a)    On curved streets, the lot width shall be the arc length of the building setback line.
