(a) All work within the scope of these regulations shall be subject to full time inspection and supervision by the Municipality, and subject to materials testing, for determination, and assurance, of conformance with the approved plans, specifications, and applicable Municipal requirements in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 920.93 of the Public Utilities Code.
(b) The person obtaining a storm sewer installation or connection approval shall coordinate with the Public Service Director, or his designate, at least three (3) working days prior to the commencement of work to schedule the required inspections. In so reporting, the exact location of the work to be inspected shall be identified. No connection shall be made except in the presence of a Municipal sewer inspector. The sewer leading to such connection shall not be backfilled, but must be left opened until written approval of the sewer line has been issued by the inspector.
