All work within the scope of these regulations shall be subject to inspection by the Municipality for determination of conformance with the approved plans, specifications, and applicable Municipal requirements. The work and materials shall be subject to testing by the Municipality, as may be appropriate in accordance with accepted engineering practice, for determination of conformance with the specifications and applicable engineering standards. The specific requirements for inspection and testing are set forth in the following individual regulations. The cost of such inspections and testing shall be paid by the developer in accordance with the requirements of section 920.18 (Schedule of Fees).
